Hayley's Take

hAYLEY'S TAKE

I love that this turns Victoria Falls into much more than a two-night sightseeing stop. You can experience the Falls fully, but you're also waking beside the Zambezi, heading out on safari and watching the sunset from the river. For me, that's a much more special way to stay here, particularly for someone who wants wildlife and adventure but doesn't necessarily have time for a full standalone safari.

SUGGESTED ITINERARY

Cape Town → Victoria Falls → Chobe I'd start with 3–4 nights in Cape Town, then fly up to Victoria Falls River Lodge for 3 nights. From there it's an easy transfer into Botswana for a few nights on the Chobe River, so it feels like a real safari without a long trip.
